pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and medical device sectors. The transaction represents a strategic step aimed at reinforcing Old Pharma’s role as an integrated and increasingly central partner within the pharmaceutical and chemical supply chain.
Acquired by Prodotti Gianni S.r.l. in 2013, Old Pharma International S.r.l. operates as a distributor of chemical substances in the Life Sciences market, with a strong commitment to upholding high quality standards in line with pharmaceutical GMP regulations. The company stands out for its structured regulatory expertise, rigorous quality system, and international network, enabling it to guarantee traceability, compliance and reliability throughout the entire supply chain, with a particular focus on Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and intermediates.
Actim S.r.l. is a dynamic company recognized for its ability to identify, promote, and distribute intermediates, reagents, fine chemicals and highly specialized, hard-to-source products. Over the years, it has built a solid reputation in commercial representation and in supporting the development of technical solutions for both national and international customers in the chemical–pharmaceutical sector.
