The cyanine dye for high speed recording on DVD(±)R is a powder ready for use, including cyanine dye and quencher is soluble in one solvent (TFP) has a shelf life of more than 1 year and is quality assured on different disc manufacturing SPARE PARTS
DVD(±)R made with Fast Magenta Dye cover 1x, 2x (2.4x), 4x and 8x recording speed, are stable under normal environmental conditions and can be produced at low dye+solvent cost ( < Euro 0.02 per disc)
dye quantity retained per disc less than 0.4 mg !
can use gold or silver reflectors (for 8x silver layer min 140 nm is recommended)
coating process with Fast Magenta Dye is fully optimised and tested, is compatible with all SPARE PARTS types,
runs with high yields and short cycle times
